This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities.
- Research our target market in Calgary, Alberta and create a weighted decision matrix.
- Create a survey based on the appropriate target market.
- Analyze survey data collected, using the weighted decision matrix they created to decide market demand and the best services for us to expand to.
- Create a report including all research, survey data, and analysis with recommendations based on the weighted decision matrix.
Final deliverables should include

- A slide deck to be presented to the CEO explaining the report including all choices made and recommendations.
Students will work directly with the CEO of STAT Climate Control Solutions to gain the following skills:

- Project Management: Managed timelines and deliverables to ensure the successful completion of the intrapreneurship project.
- Team Collaboration: Worked closely with a diverse group of peers to achieve common project goals.
- Presentation Skills: Presented findings, insights, and recommendations to senior members of STAT Climate Control Solutions.
