PROJECT DESCRIPTION/DESCRIPTION DU PROJET:

The goal of my company is to provide a new housing option for seniors through developing cohousing communities. Our design of the cohousing communities revolve around activities that will enhance the social life of seniors and their wellbeing.

One of our core principles is to develop these communities in a way that makes it affordable to the majority of seniors. We will need substantial investment to achieve the goals of our company. In addition to investors, we believe seniors themselves will be interested in investing in our company. We need a website that communicates the new platform we are proposing and its social aspects to seniors and potential stakeholder. We would like the website to explain the unique set of services that we will develop for seniors, create excitement and enthusiasm, while speaking to both seniors and investors.

In addition, we would like the website to have a database where customers data could be saved and analyzed for a deeper insight into our customers.

We are attaching two pictures of the design we would like to develop in addition to a Fly through video for a cohousing community. We chose a land for sale in Nova Scotia and designed a project that reflects the ideas we have in mind for cohousing communities. These pictures and fly through video are for this particular land.
