Welcome

We're so glad you've come to check out our project. You might be wanting to know a little more about us. Well, there’s deep thought and purpose behind everything done at QUEST XO Chocolate. Given her decades-long struggle with anxiety and depression, founder Quest started this small chocolate business with the hope of creating joyful moments for others.

Great time and care are put into each bespoke order, handcrafted in the truest sense and with the thought of others in mind. Every detail accounted for to give people the best chocolate experience that is sure to make them feel special and valued.

Sassy confections, sustainably sourced cocoa, award winning flavours, beautiful packaging, hand-written love notes – it’s all done with delightful affection. Why? Because those on the receiving end deserve to feel so, very loved!

Why You?

The truth is that our marketing and social media capacity is quite limited and we're aware that we need to get out of our heads a bit. We also know that some of the brightest young minds are humming with untapped perspectives and ideas .... that means you!

You arrived at this project no doubt because you're crazy about chocolate (🤫 we are too), but you're also keen to get your hands dirty with real experience and seeing the direct impacts of your work in action. We believe you have the power to show us how to get our social media on fleek.

How You Can Help

We know your social media skills are on 🔥 and we're hoping you can help us level up our brand here in Toronto. On any given day you can expect to be working on:

  • Comprehensive social media strategy plan for fiscal year 3 (Sep. ’21 – Aug. ’22)
  • Upkeep social channels in alignment with the social strategy you’ve created
  • Find creative ways to increase engagement and following on all social channels
  • Social media audit
  • Creation of a content planning calendar*
  • Content creation (captions and graphics) for fiscal year 3*
  • Consultation and advice around how to elevate our brand across social channels
  • Creating a consistent look and message across channels
  • Monitoring accounts and making strategic changes where needed
  • Creation and implementation of a social ad campaign targeted at Liberty Village neighbourhood in Toronto for holiday season this year (Nov. – Dec.)
  • Assessment of which social platforms are best for our business
