● Supporting employee relations and engagement activities
● Conducting market research and analysis for HR projects

● Maintaining and updating employee records
● Supporting HR team with day-to-day tasks
● Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Requirements:
● Currently enrolled in College or University in human resources, business administration,
or related fields
● Strong organizational and time management skills
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
● Attention to detail
