Shoo-Foo Eco Linens, a company specializing in eco-friendly linen products, aims to significantly increase its website traffic and conversion rate within the next 90 days. The current challenge is to enhance the company's online visibility and attract more potential customers to the website.


This project will involve reviewing a recent comprehensive website audit, and to developing & implementing strategies to drive more traffic, improve the user experience and ultimately improve significantly the KPIs performance of the site.


The goal is to develop a data-driven approach to digital marketing and site performance and being able to achieve measurable improvements in website performance.


Key tasks include:


1- Reviewing a recent comprehensive website audit and identify the major technical and content-related issues of the site.


2- Developing and implementing a digital strategy to improve the various KPIs: Sales Performance, Customer Behaviour, Website Performance, Marketing Performance, Operational Performance.


This digital strategy may includes:


  • Creating and promoting engaging content to attract and retain website visitors.


  • Utilizing social media platforms to drive traffic to the website.


3-Monitoring and analyzing website KPIs analytics to measure the effectiveness of implemented strategies.

Deliverables

The project will result in a set of actionable recommendations and implemented strategies aimed at increasing Shoo-Foo Eco Linens' website traffic and conversion rate. The deliverables will include:


- A list of the major technical and content-related issued that need to be addressed in order to improve site performance and conversion rate


-A digital strategy plan aimed at improving the website performance and conversion rate.


- An SEO strategy document outlining steps taken to optimize the website.


- A content calendar and examples of created content aimed at engaging the target audience.


- A social media engagement plan with specific actions to drive traffic.


- A final report summarizing the impact of the implemented strategies, including analytics data showing changes in website traffic and conversion rates.
