Details

The purpose of this project is to help Jitto build its Marketing strategy for its product launch. We want to launch our B2B platform strategically to our customers. We need insights to help anticipate the ramp-up to commercialization and the best approach to go to market successfully with our new product. The project will include the following:

  • Best market to launch the product so we can get the feedback in the fastest way possible
  • Market size
  • Partnerhsip opportunities within the industry
  • Competitors go-to market strategy and impact
  • Establishing Jittos brand within the F&B market
Deliverables

The student will be complete the following task for this phase of the project:

  • High Level competitor analysis for other competitors product launch
  • Understanding of the key product features and building a marketing plan around those features
  • Focus on execution with existing customers and highest ROI possibility
  • Build feedback channels strategy so customers can help Jitto improve the product
  • Roadmap for market launch
Mentorship

Students will work closely with the primary project manager who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.

The student will have direct access to the founder and can set up daily check-ins to help answer any questions about the research or direction.
