Our company is looking for a student to help us develop a new leadership development plan. We need to define 5 new company core values and 25 new competencies that we want the leadership team to embrace.

• Define 5 new core values
• Define 25 new competencies
• Curriculum development of training seminars
• Strategy to execute: what is the best way to execute for the most information retention and to ensure leaders apply it to their day-to-day.

Schedule to be determined with the student. We will be available to guide/mentor the student with questions and progress check-ins throughout the duration of the program.
