About Us

Hi, we're Kunye, a Canadian-based FinTech startup helping immigrants ensure that international money transfers are used for their intended purpose by facilitating borderless financial collaboration, anchored by conversation.

At Kunye, we are building a platform for the conversations that matter. Conversations are a catalyst for creating community, ideas and making things happen.

Our mission is to facilitate conversations that lead to better relationships and healthier finances.

Our goal is to make borderless financial collaboration, as natural as a conversation.

We live in a world where communication is borderless, so we believe touching the lives of those we care most about should be as simple as a conversation.

The Project- Marketing Plan and Execution Strategy Development

We seeking students to help us build a marketing plan to grow and engage our target market - individuals who manage financial responsibilities across continents, sending money from Canada to Africa with a focus on immigrants sending money to Kenya, Ghana, Nigeria and Zimbabwe, living in Canada who send money transfers to their home countries and manage financial responsibilities across continents.

We’d like to know how we can maximize different channels and what will work best for us given brand image, product positioning and audience.

The main questions we’d like students to help us answer are the following:

  1. How should we promote our company to grow our community and user base?
  2. What channels should we utilize to best connect with our audience?
  3. What messaging should we use in our content and how should we deliver it?

You will have access to our marketing team, who will communicate regularly with you and provide all the information and clarification needed.
