Students will contribute to the development of AI-driven technology for kids that will allow parents and kids to identify potential mental health concerns in the child’s texts and content.

Blue Guardian is a Mental Health Keyboard that acts as an early detection warning system for families. We will also connect parents and their kids with Mental Resources to keep them safe online.

To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will:

· Create natural language processing (NLP) models to understand emotions in text

· Prepare text data for machine learning models

· Evaluate different NLP models

· Data annotation

· To ensure the student(s) has the necessary information to succeed in this project, we will provide a complete walkthrough of our current product and business.

· The CTO will supervise and be available for questions, and there will be progress meetings to make adjustments to the students' tasks and duties as needed.
