I loved this project! I learned so much, like how to read and watch long-form content actively to write concise takeaways. I learned much about nutrition, agrifood, food insecurity, food safety, etc. I learned about NEATS, the SOFI report, microbiology, and dual processing's role in eating behaviour. Fiona was lovely to work with! She was patient, kind, and friendly. I wish to work with her again someday in the future. I would have liked to continue working with her if I hadn't met my project limit!
