It was a good learning experience being part of the project, and there are several positive aspects of my experience that I'd like to highlight. Simmy is supportive and flexible. One area where I believe there is potential for improvement is in communication processes. Sometimes, important information seems to get lost or delayed, impacting project timelines and team efficiency. Implementing clearer communication channels or tools could greatly enhance our ability to work together effectively.
