Doing an Upstart project at Wave Connect has been an unexpectedly great experience that has left me with a positive impression. Right from the start, the work environment struck me as refreshingly collaborative. The team's openness to new ideas and the overall sense of camaraderie made it easy to feel included and valued. I appreciated the lack of enforced hierarchy, which allowed for open communication and a more relaxed atmosphere. The mentorship aspect was a highlight for me.
