Daria is awesome. She listened carefully to the business requirements and methodically executed her project plan. She has the right approach for an entrepreneurial environment - producing tangible results early and continuing to deliver once she has proven the base case. She worked wisely, checking in frequently to get feedback on risks and opportunities and then pivoting to maximize her results.
