There is an opportunity for the company partner to access Students nearing the end of their Master of Science in Energy Management to perform projects either in feasibility study phase, or subsets of a larger defined project that are related to climate change mitigation, adaptation and resilience.

Expected outcomes and deliverables

A final report containing the findings and recommendation is a standard deliverable. Depending on the nature of the project the deliverable could also be the schematics of the design, or a prototype.

Project Examples

Examples of potential projects in various industries that relate to climate change mitigation and adaptation/resilience, including:

• Feasibility studies

• Energy audits

• Exploring concepts for new technology, software, etc.

• Developing a business plan

• Education initiatives

• Political and/or policy related projects

The industry that could mostly benefit from these types of projects are Cleantech industry, Government & NGOs.
