communication human services practicumTrinity Western University's Human Services Certificate Program is dedicated to equipping learners with the skills and knowledge necessary to make meaningful contributions in the field of human services. In this Practicum course, second-year students are seeking real-world experiences to bridge theory with practice, enhance cognitive complexity, and develop practical skills. Employers have the unique opportunity to engage with motivated learners who are eager to apply their academic learning to real-world scenarios. Clear communication, guidance, and feedback are essential elements of this collaborative experience.
At the conclusion of the collaboration, employers can expect to receive a final report highlighting the main findings and recommendations proposed by the students. Additionally, learners will present their project outcomes in a final presentation, providing an opportunity for employers to engage directly with the students and ask questions about their work.
