Trinity Western University’s MA Leadership Graduate Program offers a unique opportunity for employers to collaborate with graduate students enrolled in the Results-Based Leadership course. These learners are poised to develop expertise in organizational development, change management, performance measurement, and financial accountability, framed within a Christian perspective. The course aims to equip students with practical skills in analyzing and improving organizational operations, engaging in interdisciplinary thinking, and applying results-based leadership theories.
