Ramona is willing to work with employees to accommodate their schedules and ensure that they can balance their academic and work commitments. She also supported me and encouraged me to continue learning and growing professionally and personally. I appreciated Ramona's deep knowledge of the industry. She was always willing to share her insights and expertise with me, and I learned so much from her. She was also very approachable, and I felt comfortable talking to her about any concerns I had.
